Design and implement a DVD and a web site enabling knowledge sharing for professional in integrated resource management and water management.
What is the Water Land & People project?
Intercooperation gathered relevant experiences on land and water management in three different countries - India, Bolivia and Mali - over 3-year projects, in which they used a story-telling techniques for keeping track of their experiences and learn from them. The DVD was the chosen as tool to share the knowledge acquired within the many Intercooperation branches around the world, and with other professionals in international cooperation and development.
What are the advantages in producing a DVD?
The main advantages of producing a DVD is that it can be enjoyed off-line and that allows the integration of large-size videos and animations. during the project, however, seed produced also an online version, which was then integrated in the main project release.
How is the DVD structured?
The DVD contains country multimedia products developed in Mali, India and Bolivia, and the lessons learnt and stories from the three countries. Materials are available in French, Spanish and English.
How is the DVD used?
The DVD has been distributed to Intercooperation branches and to other professionals interested in the water and land management issue.
