Cometa Formazione has an innovation program and decided to try the way of online learning with seed. The goal is proposing oline self-learning modules to new employees in SME, so that they can reduce training costs without loosing effectiveness.

What are the main challenges?
The main challenge is finding a suitable business model that can federate SMEs. The second one is producing a product that can work for insurance operators and textile workers.
