Design and delivery of a 20 hours course to improve communication skills in the Trade Union OCST.

How is the idea of the course risen?
OCST membership officers face and cope with critical communication situations in their daily life activities, therefore the Trade Union Management decided to organize a course tackling the issue of effective communication as first step of a new articulated in-service training.

How was the course structured?
The course was structured in 5 module, of 4 hours each, focused on the following topics: elements, values, public speaking,  communication performances and simulations. A learning platform was used as content repository and to perform exercises betwewn one module and the other.
